Our Signature Collection Vache Red Blend, is named in honor of French immigrant Theophile Vache who originally planted vines on our Cienega Valley estate back in 1850, this in one of four French varietals produced in homage to his pioneering spirit. This Bordeaux style blend is made from estate fruit and is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It was aged in new French oak and tastes of ripe cherries, blackberries and currants with hints of chocolate and cedar. This wine is supple and round with structured tannins.</P>
