Our “Amore” Pinot Grigio is a limited release wine made from grapes planted high on the terraced hillside of our estate vineyard overlooking the Cienega Valley. The cool marine climate here is a perfect foil for the natural acidity of the Pinot Grigio grape. It is fermented in stainless steel tank aged and bottled young to preserve the wine’s refreshing fruit characters. To add to the true romance of this wine the 2007 vintage was bottled on Valentine's Day!<BR><BR>Tasting Notes<BR>Bursting with grapefruit, peach and citrus flavors with a clean and crisp finish, this beautiful wine showcases our love for the Pinot Grigio grape. A perfect accompaniment for seafood and lighter fare or delicious on its own.<BR></P>
