The Drag Strip Courage utilizes Dedacciai oversized downtube and chainstays, both tapered at the bottom bracket for maximum bottom bracket stiffness. <BR><BR>Normally a split personality is cause for concern. But not in this case. This is cause for celebrating versatility and performance. Rather than lay out your hard-earned dough for two pro-caliber track bikes, you can get this Dual Function beauty. Then he went out and won a bunch of races on it too.<BR><BR>An oversized aero seat tube with wheel cutout minimizes wind drag while also ensuring a very stiff bottom bracket. The top tube is shaped, also to maximize stiffness. The rear dropouts have replaceable stainless steel plates for durability.
