| It is rare to find a winery able to make wonderful examples of Napa Valley varietal wines and a Port wine. The intricate steps we take to make our Zinfandel Port include the use of brandy for the fortification and 18 months of barrel aging. Many of our club members tell us that their tasting of Zinfandel Port in our Tasting Room led to their decision to join one of our wine clubs. Our history with making this leading Napa Valley Port began in 1984. The annual release of Zinfandel Port is eagerly anticipated by our staff and customers alike. You’ll find the wine to make a delicious accompaniment to a variety of desserts, particularly chocolate desserts. Pairing our Zinfandel Port with ripe cheeses is another way to revel in this Napa valley rarity. |
