This wine is an elegant and refined Napa Valley interpretation of the classic Bordeaux varietal. The 2005 vintage is filled with an array of rich aromas and fruit forward flavors supported by a voluptuous, plush mouthfeel which are the hallmarks of our style. Estate grown fruit is taking a larger role as of late in the creation of our red wines. Our winemaker selected upwards of 50% of the fruit used in the blending of the 2005 Merlot from our own vineyard in Rutherford. </td>
