<td valign="top" style="color:#666666;"> Our history with Napa Valley Merlot goes back to our very founding. Because of our lengthy advocacy for Merlot much is to be expected from our Reserve Merlot. We don’t produce a Reserve Merlot each vintage but in the years that grape quality is particularly outstanding we do. The 2007 harvest brought us remarkably high quality grapes so making a 2007 Reserve Merlot made logical and delicious sense. A well rounded wine, both aromatically and on the palate it’s a multi-layered gem, abundant in structure and balance. The harmony of fruit and polished tannins ensures that this 2007 Reserve Merlot is a joy to linger over now, but will also age gracefully over the next decade.
