Our aim is to make a dense, voluptuous wine with character and notable substance. Napa Valley Merlot has been Rutherford Hill’s main focus since our founding so much is to be expected of our Reserve Merlot. This 2004 vintage delivers hits the mark! A voluptuous wine both aromatically and on the palate, this is a multi-layer gem with abundant structure and balance. Flavors of black cherries wrapped in Belgian dark chocolate delightfully come to life within moments of your first sip. The harmony of fruit and rounded tannins ensures that this 2004 Reserve Merlot is a joy to linger over now, but will also age gracefully over the next decade.</td>
