<H1>Cheesy Fajita Quesadillas -- Rustlin' Rob's Texas Gourmet Foods Shopping Cart</H1> $0.00 Cheesy Fajita Quesadillas : 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 1 green or red pepper, cut into strips 1/2 cup sliced onions 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup drained canned black beans, rinsed 1-1/2 cups Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese 6 flour tortillas (6 inch) SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 5 min., stirring frequently. ADD peppers and onions; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
