Add a zippy dipping sauce and you're all set for a happy group of party-goers! 3 pounds (16-20 count boiled and peeled shrimp) well chilled 1-1/2 cups real mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/3 cup Rustlin' Rob's Very Very Hot Sauce 1/3 cup Ketchup Lemon wedges and parsley sprigs as garnish Place a 2-1/2 cup serving bowl in the center of a serving platter. Arrange the boiled shrimp in an overlapping pattern around the bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Rustlin' Rob's Very Very Hot Sauce, and Ketchup in a medium-sized bowl and whisk to blend well.
