<H1>Jalapeno Mustard Pork Chops -- Rustlin' Rob's Texas Gourmet Foods Shopping Cart</H1> $0.00 Jalapeno Mustard Pork Chops : 1/3 cup jalapeno jelly 2 Tbs jalapeno mustard 4 3/4 inch thick pork chops 3 green onions, chopped Combine jelly and mustard in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until jelly starts to melt, stirring occasionally.Set aside. Trim excess fat from porkchops and place on a lightly greased broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Brush chops with half of glaze and turn. Broil 5 minutes and brush with remaining glaze. Broil 2 more mintues. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
