<H1>Huevos Rancheros -- Rustlin' Rob's Texas Gourmet Foods Shopping Cart</H1> $0.00 Huevos Rancheros : 1/2 cup Salsa 2 - 6" flour tortilla 1/3 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese 2 tsp. butter 2 eggs 1 tbs, grated cheese Green chili strips Directions: Heat Salsa in a sauce pan or microwave and keep warm. Place a tortilla on an oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with Moteray Jack Cheese. Cover with second tortilla. Brush top with 2 tsp. melted butter and place in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes, to melt cheese and toast tortilla. Ifmore then one serving, keep warm in a 200 oven until needed. Fry 2 eggs in a little butter or oil. Place eggs on top of toasted tortillas. Cover generously with warm salsa and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with green chili strips.
