Devilish Enchiladas :
1 1/2 lbs. cooked and shredded chicken or beef
2 tsp butter
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 (4oz) canned diced green chiles
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
2-3 drops Satans Blood Hot Sauce
4 cups of enchilada sauce
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
12 corn tortillas
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft, add chicken or beef and mix well. Blend together; green chiles, chile powder, oregano, 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce, Hot Sauce , salt to taste, blend with meat and set aside.
Grease a 9x13" pan, and place each tortilla in a bowl of enchilada sauce and coat well; then lay in pan. Place 2-4 tbl meat mixture in each tortilla and 2 tbl of cheese; roll and place seam down, When finished cover remaining enchiladas sauce, top with cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
