Membership Terms
Shipment Information: We time each shipment to avoid poor weather and may adjust the schedule at any time to protect the wine. We tentatively plan shipments in March, July and November. We use Federal Express or UPS Ground Service for wine club shipments, including Alaska and Hawaii. We automatically ship your wines to the shipping address you provide at checkout. If you prefer to pick up your wine club wines at the winery, please check the appropriate box at checkout.
States to Which We Ship: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI.
Change of Address: It is your responsibility to notify Saracina Vineyards of an address change at least 30 days before a scheduled shipment. You will be responsible and billed for any extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wine.
Cancellation: There is no fee to join this wine club, and your membership can be cancelled at any time at least 30 days prior to a shipment date. Membership will renew automatically after the third shipment unless we receive a cancellation notice.
Refund/Exchange Policy: Wine club shipments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If the wine is defective, we will replace it without charge.
Please contact us at info@saracina.com or by telephone at 707.744.1671, ext. 221, for address changes, cancellation notices or replacement requests. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
I have read the above Saracina Wine Club information and certify that the recipient is 21 years of age. I authorize Saracina Vineyards to bill my credit card for up to three Saracina Wine Club shipments per year.
