A scented tour of the Spanish countryside, this wine captures scents of dark fruits, honey, dust, distant leaf fires, aromatic vegetation and perhap a distant farmyard. <li><B>Palate:</b> Delivers everything hinted at and promised by the nose. Don't ask me how to preserve any unfinished <i>Sexto</i>, I simply doubt there will ever be any.</ol> <P><B>Winemaker's Notes</b> <br>I wanted to make a wine that is original and, at the same time, traditional. Perhaps a better way to say that is "a traditional wine but with a modern twist!"
