
Fermenting raspberries instead of grapes produces a fruit wine particularly well suited to anything chocolate. I would even recommend it over Chocolate Cocoa Puffs, if such a thing is still made. But resist that temptation until you can find some really good quality, bitter-sweet chocolate. A small square of that, dissolved on the tongue then washed with a sip of this wine...
