You'd know a "head-trained" vine if you saw one - it looks just like the vine on the label for this winery. And it just so happens to be the best training method for producing Zinfandels that leave you sockless. Such as this one, from Brock and Michelle (Bro-Chelle) Waterman.
<P>This uncompromising duo oversees every aspect of winegrowing, from grape to glass, to use a rather hackneyed expressions. But their dedication, attention to detail, and uncompromising stance on quality supports their unabashed goal - to produce the best Zinfandel in California.
