<font face="arial"><font size="3"><b><u>The Wine</u></b> <br />With its modest alcohol (14.1%) and crisp, mouth-watering acidity (pH = 3.14!), this wine is vibrant and fresh with pure varietal character. <p>On the nose, look for bright green apple, floral orange blossoms and white peaches. Texturally it’s similar to Viognier, but with clean Granny Smith Apple flavors, mineral complexity and a touch of peach. This wine finishes with a clean, crisp, fresh fruit taste and a perfect acid balance. </p>
<p><b><u>Food Pairings</u></b> <br />This wine plays well with a range of light dishes. In the cheese department, its crisp acidity begs for a fromage of similar character – try a good goat cheese / Chèvre. </p>
