<P>I like a Chardonnay to smell and taste like wine, not wood. And this one didn't disappoint me, leaving hints of the workshop to others. Look for aromas of orange zest (a tell-tale marker for Chardonnay) and hints of lemonade. Its flavor profile includes green melons, some poached pears in cream, and perhaps a slight hint of brioche.
