<p>This is an Ortho-Flex Express - SN# XP122. Brown Cowhide. Tag from Brown's Saddlery states this is a 16" seat but actual measurement form fork to front of cantle is 15". It has 24" System II panels.</p>
<p>Sadle is in good condition, considering it's age. Burnishing and wear from usage is apparent on the seat and flaps. One billet is beginning to tear. We recommend new billets be put on this saddle before it is used. The billets are stitched to the flap. The flap apprears to be stiticed in such a manner that it seems like two webbing staps focus the pull of the billets upon the saddle in a yoke configuration, similar to a 3/4 dropped yoke rigging. </p>
<p>The panels are quite flexible and free moving without noise. The distance beween the panels at the panel mounts is 8". </p>
<p>Ther are nylon distance stirrups included with this saddle but no booties.</p>
<p>All used saddles are sold as is. Slypner Gear recommends inspection of used saddles by a qualified flex-panel saddle specialist upon purchase to insure saftey of the equipment.</p>
