A seeker's cheese. The Bohemian Creamery in Sebastopol, CA is producing excellent cheese from both cow's and goat's milk. Their true artisan cheeses have confused many cheese 'experts' that INSIST they cannot be from California. The owners have done their research well and found great cheese recipes. The local Sonoma dairies that produce the milk provide that critical, high quality ingredient. Together, we all benefit from their passion for superior cheese. Will not disappoint. This goat's cheese is similar to an Epoisse from France. We have had customers argue with us that this cheese MUST be from France! The creamery says this is a tangy cheese - we say its a NO LADY TONIGHT cheese. Excellent!
