Here are Eye Eco's instructions for using the foam and the adhesive repair: TO REPLACE FOAM:   Step 1       Remove all foam from goggle.         Step 2       Wipe surface area of rubber where the foam adheres, with rubbing alcohol.         Step 3       Let surface dry.         Step 4       Peel white liner off of foam replacement SLOWLY, being sure the adhesive sticks to the foam and not the liner.         Step 5       Align foam to rubber portion of goggle and press foam on firmly.
