What's it like? The overall concept is closely similar to Tranquileyes, i.e. eyecups with a nose connector and the classic fabric wrap. Here is how it is different from Tranquileyes: <ul aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0"> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">The eyecups are made of silicone - slick, soft, thin and flexible; enough to be worn directly against the face without discomfort.</li> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">There is no foam lining, so a) no added moisture; b) the eyecups fit right against the orbital bone; and c) there is no added padding that would help hold lids down.</li> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">(QUARTZ ONLY) It's clear, so you can see through it. It will fog up so it may not be suitable for sitting up reading or watching TV for hours, but it's worth a try. Who is it best suited for? (Rare, but it happens.)</li> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">Those who want night protection but with minimal bulk, for example those who find sleep masks too large/bulky.</li> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">Those who want night protection with minimal hassle. No parts to wash, no waiting for a mask to air dry. </li> <li aria-level="0" aria-posinset="0" aria-setsize="0">And of course... dry eye product junkies (you know who you are!)</li> </ul> Potential drawbacks?
