Blended from combinations of the five classic varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot, Bordeaux epitomizes elegance,
complexity and sophistication.</p>
<p>A favorite Bordeaux of the family was the model for Terlato Vineyards
Angels’ Peak, and the inaugural vintage is a first step in establishing the
basic varietal blend that was their inspiration. The Cabernet/Merlot-based
blend was aged two years in French Oak. It expresses the Napa Valley, and at
the same time, respects the classic traditions of Bordeaux’s Grand Cru wines.
Currently with dazzling aromas and an impeccable equilibrium, it possesses
perfumes of black fruit, tobacco and mocha. Rich and full-bodied, Angels’ Peak
is enjoyable while young as it shows off its great promise and will reward
those with the patience to cellar it for a few years.</p>
