<p>The 2007 Vintage of Petit Verdot is the first wine we have ever 'named' as a special edition,and it is the 'Paul Shaffer Edition' to highlight his years of unstinting work at Veritas and his love and passion for Petit Verdot. Sixty percent of the blend is sourced from the vineyard in view from the winery which was named for him in 2006. This is our first unfiltered red wine since 2002.</p>
<p>It has intense aromas of dark berries, and violets followed by flavors ofplum, blackberries, currants, black pepper and toasted vanilla bean.</p>
