The 2005 growing season started with a relatively warm early spring, followed by a cool, dry summer, which had us harvesting several weeks later than usual.The aroma is one of a fresh fruit salad with lemon zest, peach, pineapple and spicy oak notes. The palate features elements of peach, lemon and toffee apple flavors with a touch of mineral, vanilla and spice.
