2007 Small Lot Syrenity ~Wine Club Exclusive
This Livermore Valley wine is a blend of 71% Counoise, 29% Syrah Fermentation: After being handpicked, the grapes completed primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging: The Counoise was aged in French, Eastern European and American oak for 9 months. The Syrah was aged in French, Eastern European and American oak for 11 months. Description: On the nose, this wine is earthy with ripe raspberry, cranberry and light chocolate-mocha. In the mouth, you'll enjoy plum and cranberry with crisp acidity, and soft-medium tannins with a finish of black cherry, black currents and a balanced acidity. |
