2006 Small Lot Duetto ~Wine Club Exclusive
This Livermore Valley wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from our family's vineyards in two different wine growing regions, Napa Valley & Livermore Valley. Fermentation: The Napa grapes were fermented in small half ton bins and punched down by hand three times daily. The Livermore grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank and pumped over twice daily. Aging: The wine was aged for 15 months in a combination of new French, American, and European and neutral oak barrels.
