"We use the Passito method to produce a rich but balanced style of Chardonnay where the fruit and barrel components are perfectly integrated. The result is a complex, full-bodied style of Chardonnay with enough acidity to compensate for the full malolactic style. On the nose, you find layers of fruit - pear, fig and plum - as well as aromas of toast, vanilla, honey and dried fruits. The palate displays a creamy texture, refreshing acidity and a finish with mineral and hazelnut elements." - Winemaker Notes
