This blend of 50% Verdeho, 40% Viura and 10% Sauvignon Blanc comes to us from one of Spain's most innovative winemakers, Telmo Rodriguez. His dedication to discovering new winemaking regions and the quality of their product transformed perceptions about Spain in the world of wine. Oh and did we mention all of his vineyards are biodynamically farmed? Yea, we thought you'd like that. Deliciously crisp and bright, this medium bodied white is pale straw in color. The bouquet bursts with fresh citrus and floral notes. On the palate, grapefruit, white currants, and grassiness dominate while subtle minerality provides great structure.
