Johnson Family Chardonnay 2008 -- Wine Sense Shopping Cart

-- Not over the top... simply delicious
Definitely a full bodied Chardonnay. The wine has seen some oak but not so much that you are picking wood chips out of your teeth. Actually, the oak is understated. It adds weight, backbone and depth to the wine without overpowering the fruit. It shows lovely ripe apple, pear and pineapple fruit with a touch of minerality.
