Just in time for Thanksgiving, we're exploring a variety of flavor and aroma profiles that pair well with the myriad ingredients we normally associate with Fall. We’ll taste through a group of wines that aren’t intimidated by cranberries, stuffing, turkey, or sweet potato pie! Warning: You may find that you like a varietal you’ve never heard of before! oooooh… We'll have some cheese & crackers, but please grab a bite to eat before class.
