UpSpring, LLC Return Policy

For refunds, all returns must include an UpSpring issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip. Vendors can request an RMA at any time by following all the steps. No returns will be accepted after 180 Days.

All returns are inspected upon receipt at the UpSpring facility. You may choose any freight carrier to ship the package back to UpSpring, but we highly recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number, so you can monitor return delivery. REFUNDS will include carrier ground charges back to us ONLY IF the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or due to a shipping error on our part. UpSpring will only refund the lowest applicable shipping rate for the return shipment.
