UpSpring, LLC Shipping Policy

UpSpring ships to the
continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico using FedEx. Services offered
are FedEx Ground & 2 Day Air. All shipping and handling charges are the
responsibility of the customer, unless you have received Free
Shipping. Shipping to Canada is available using FedEx Ground and air
services only and typically takes 7-10 business days. If you prefer to ship with your own carrier, please make note
while ordering and provide the carrier account number. We ship FedEx
International Priority, Economy and Ground. However, Ground shipment transit
time depends on the location and can take anywhere from 5 to 11 business days.
Delivery dates for Canadian Ground shipments are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customer is responsible for any duty, taxes or other related international
shipping charges.

Orders placed after 11am
CST, or on weekends or holidays, will
be entered in the system the following business day in most cases. In
stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days typically. During holiday
expect longer ship windows. All shipping time quotes are estimated by the
carrier that the customer has chosen. UpSpring is not responsible for delays
caused by FedEx or if the shipping window does not meet carrier quoted
estimated arrival times. FedEx 2 Day shipping on any order placed on Thursday
after 11am CST will not deliver until the following Monday in most cases.

Shipping costs for
orders with UpSpring depend upon the method you choose. If you order multiple
items, which due to stock conditions cannot be shipped together, you will be
notified by e-mail or by phone and asked how you would like your order to be
handled (e.g. ship when all items are in stock or ship as the items become
available or ship items in stock and cancel the balance). If you choose to ship
items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees
for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Orders that cannot be
delivered due to incorrect, or incomplete, information given to UpSpring at
time of purchase will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
