I tried this on a family trip to Alaska, we purchased it on the side of the road from a nice gentleman selling different kinds of wild meat jerky and he had this for the pescatarians! It was absolutely delicious! One of the great things about the internet!!

My mom's friend actually visited Alaska and came back with a few pouches of Alaska's Best, peppered variety. My mom thought of me and gave me some. Absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of spice & heat, and the salmon tasted FRESH, to my surprise. I'm used to tough and unappealingly chewy (beef) jerky, tasteless or far too seasoned. Again, I was surprised by the very pleasant texture and subtle taste. As soon as I can I am going to purchase some more and have it shipped to my house.
