Truly excellent product. Perfect balance of flavors. Perfect chewy texture, but obviously fresh. Right price for this quality. This is my third bulk pack order and I'm getting 6 of them.

My daughter just returned from Alaska vacation, and brought back some Teriyaki King Salmon Jerky. I typically do not like smoked salmon, but this jerky is delicious. I grew up eating dryed fish (salted cod), from our North Atlantic Coast. This product puts that to shame. I will be ordering some bulk. It is worth the price. The problem I will have is avoiding eating it all too soon. I may treat it like a vintage cognac. This product may give me a new appreciation for regular smoked salmon.
