I was having severe cramping under the toes of my left foot. I use two of the smaller pads and two of the larger pads and I place them all together in the affected area. I have been doing this for over a week now and it seems to have solved the problem.

I am so appreciative of this company and the products they represent. I've had four foot surgeries and have tried so many different products to ease the pain in my feet. I have drawers full of different foot pads that have not addressed the necessary pressure points of my foot pain. These pads have been the answer for me. They can be worn with any type of shoe or applied to any position on your foot to relieve specific areas of pain.
