Serving Suggestions: Use All Purpose Baking Mix for any recipe that calls for dp Baking Mix or the combined wheat starch and Welplan recipes found in Virginia Schuett's Low Protein Cookery for PKU Cookbook. For example, if a recipe calls for one cup of wheat starch and two cups of Welplan, you would use 2 1/3 cups Wheat Starch and 2/3 cup of Cambrooke Foods' Baking Mix. Try the Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe on our website.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
