Description: Each package contains 1 lb (~34) of fresh-filled, precooked, cheese filled ravioli. Each Ravioli is a blend of Cambrooke Foods low protein cheese in a fresh pasta pocket. Ravioli are versatile and can be served boiled, sauteed, microwaved or deep fried -- delicious served as an appetizer or an entree. They can be eaten plain, with your favorite sauce, or with butter or olive oil.
Preparation:
Stove top: Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil, salt optional. Place frozen ravioli into boiling water. Stir gently. Decrease heat and allow to simmer for no longer than 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse carefully. *Serve with your favorite sauce. For best results, prepare as directed, after draining pan fry in a little oil or butter to reduce starchiness.
Microwave oven: Place frozen Ravioli in microwavable dish. Completely cover Ravioli with your favorite sauce. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Heat on high for 30 seconds per Ravioli. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
Conventional oven: Place frozen Ravioli in pan. Completely cover Ravioli with your favorite sauce. Place lid on pan or cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400° F for 25-30 minutes or until filling is hot. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Simply serve with olive oil (or butter) or your favorite sauce/gravy. For a fabulous meal, serve with sauteed vegetables or a tossed salad.
Storage: Keep frozen.

Filling: water, non dairy creamer (corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut oil, less than 2%: mono and diglyerides, soy protein isolate, sodium steroyl lactylate, polysorbate 60, dipotassium phosphate, artificial flavor, sodium acid pyrophosphate, beta carotene [color]), cheese blend (water, palm oil, caseinate, lactose, modified food starch, stabilizers [sodium stearoyl lactylate, pectin, carrageenan, locust bean gum, sodium phosphate, whey, salt, silicon dioxide], salt, lactic acid, sorbic acid [preservative]), breadcrumbs (water, wheat starch, psyllium fiber, polydextrose, canola oil, sugar, leavening [sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate], modified cellulose, xanthan gum, salt, yeast, calcium propionate [preservative], fumaric acid [preservative], sorbic acid [preservative]), flavoring blend (potato starch, modified corn starch, whey, salt, wheat flour, yeast extract, natural flavor, maltodextrin, parsley). Contains milk, soy and wheat.
