Description: Cambrooke’s answer to a hot fluffy omelet, Use Eggz to make a quick and easy delicious hot breakfast omelet in a snap or make scrambled "eggs". Approximately 28 servings per package.
Preparation:
Whisk together 1/4 cup omelet mix with 6 to 8 TBS non-dairy creamer and pour into a pre-heated non-stick skillet that has been lightly greased. Cook until browned on underside, flip to brown the other side. Fill half of 'omelet' with your favorite fillings such as hash browns, sauteed peppers & onions, mushrooms, etc. and fold the other half over top.
Serving Suggestions: Serve as a omelet filled with your favorite vegetables for breakfast or for lunch.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place with container closed.
Ingredients: Baking blend (wheat starch, sugar, canola oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, xanthan gum), lecithin, cheese powder (creamer [soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides], modified corn starch, whey, salt, potato starch, wheat flour, yeast extract, natural flavors, extractives of paprika and turmeric), modified corn starch, salt, acetic acid, xanthan gum, baking soda, turmeric, ground mustard, paprika, pepper, glucomannan.
Contains milk, soy and wheat.
