I wanted to try to make a low protein empanada but, I am not sure how to make the dough for it. What is the best way to make dough for this type of dish?

Try using the "Wheat Starch Pizza Dough" recipe that is available under the Recipes and Tips tab from the home page of our web site. Also note that we have ready-made pasta - fresh-filled pierogi and ravioli which you can fry in oil "empanada style" if you like.
