Description: A delicious vegetarian blend of sweet Thai seasonings and vegetables over low protein rice. Each heat and serve meal is 320 g / 11.2 oz.
Preparation:
Microwave: Peel film seal back partially to allow for proper venting. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes, stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes (oven times may vary). Carefully open cover and serve.
Stovetop: Empty contents of tray into saucepan and gently stir until heated through.
Serving Suggestions: Serve alone or with a salad.
Storage: Keep frozen.
Ingredients: Vegetable mixture: imitation creamer (water, corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut oil, less than 2%: mono and diglycerides, soy protein isolate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, polysorbate 60, dipotasssium phosphate, disodium phosphate, artificial flavor, sodium acid pyrophosphate, beta carotene [color]), vegetable blend (green beans, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, red peppers), cassava (cassava, salt), water, curry sauce (red chili pepper, garlic, soybean oil, lemongrass galangal [Thai ginger], salt, shallot, spices), corn, brown sugar, food starch-modified, chicken flavored broth (salt, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, yeast extract, canola oil, parsley, maltodextrin, extracts of turmeric and paprika, natural flavors, sugar, soy sauce [soybeans, wheat, salt].
