Description: Cambrooke’s Shake ‘N’ Cheese contains 4 oz of a dry cheddar cheese blend.
Preparation:
To make cheese sauce using Shake 'N' Cheese:
28 g (about 9 tsp) Shake 'N' Cheese
1 cup non-dairy creamer
1 Tbs unsalted butter or margarine
Over medium heat, melt butter in pan. Add 1 cup of non-dairy liquid creamer and Shake 'N' Cheese. Blend until smooth and velvety. Add more cream for a creamier texture.
This makes about 3 servings with about 0.6 g protein and 31 mg of phe per serving.
Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle on vegetables, baked potatoes or stir into buttered pastas or rice. Sprinkle over Elbow Pasta and make a quick and easy mac ‘n cheese dish. Try the Cheddar Broccoli Soup on our website!
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place with lid tightly closed.
Ingredients: Creamer (soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides), modified corn starch, whey, salt, potato starch, wheat flour, yeast extract, natural flavors, extractives of paprika and turmeric. Contains milk, soy and wheat.
