2026 Utah Headstone Preservation Workshop

Amy Barry, Utah Cemetery Program Manager will lead a 3-day Advanced Headstone Preservation Workshop. Participants will work in the field and the office to get hands-on experience. In this workshop we will focus on:

• Fallen, leaning and sunken stones
• Resetting multi-piece headstones
• Mortar application (Jahn mortar)
• Other topics identified by attendee (must do this in the registration process for it to be considered)

Registration is required for all attendees. Workshop fee is $30 and will include a light lunch each day. Participants are responsible for their own lodging, transportation and other meals. The workshop will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
