- Tier 1: $100 for projects costing less than $20,000
- Tier 2: $200 for project costing $20,000 to $99,999.99
- Tier 3: $350 for projects costing $100,000 to $999,999.99
- Tier 4: $500 for project costing $1,000,000 or more
**Tier Upgrade: If your final project costs fall within an above outlined tier that is higher than your initial proposed project costs, you will now need to pay the difference to upgrade to the next tier of review fee. The following scenarios are possible:
- Move from Tier 1 to Tier 3: pay $250
- Move from Tier 1 to Tier 4: pay $400
- Move from Tier 2 to Tier 3: pay $150
- Move from Tier 2 to Tier 4: pay $300
- Move from Tier 3 to Tier 4: pay $150
It is not possible to move backwards through the tiers/get a refund as review of the larger project has already been undertaken.
