The DOT MAT improves foot speed, coordination and balance. Teaches quick feet and hips. Strengthens ankles. Use it as a low impact plyometric workout. Great warm-up for training sessions. Gets heart rate up. Gets core body temperature up. Use it for all foot movement patterns including: triangle, figure 8, hopscotch, front and back and spin moves. Allows three athletes to work broadside or one athlete can work down the length of the mat. Develops team unity and cohesive teamwork! Saves time in setting up the workout and allows maximum participation and efficiency. The black rubber mat is 1/4" thick, 48" wide and 12' long. The white dot matrix is repeated 3 times along the length of the mat. Rubber mat softens impact of repeated foot contacts and reduces stress of hips, knees and lower back. Set up is simply a matter of rolling out the mat!
