The TACKLE MAT is a big thick mat that is designed to teach the techniques of tackling without the risk of injury. Using this mat, work a progression starting with three-quarter speed “form” tackling to full-speed knock back tackling. Use it to teach a variety of tackling techniques including: head-up tackling, profile tackling and angle tackling. The mat is 26" thick by 72" wide by 96" long.
