Eagle "SIR" connecting rods are forged from SAE 5140 steel and utilize 3/8" ARP 8740 capscrew-style bolts with alignment sleeves for precise cap location. Sets are weight matched to +/- 2g. Sizing is performed on CNC equipment. Eagle small block I-beam rods are also clearanced for use in a 383 application for any camshaft so additional clearancing is not needed. These are the perfect choice for engines up to 500HP.
