ARP CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS

Get
rid of the factory torque-to-yield (TTY) head bolts with ARP's
Professional Series head bolts! The TTY bolts are a pain to install;
especially when the engine is in the engine compartment. These US-made
ARP bolts only require a 3-step even torquing process compared to the
TTY bolt 8-step process.
These
Professional series cylinder head bolts from ARP are cold-forged to
ensure molecular integrity. They are heat-treated prior to thread
rolling and machining and are rated at a whopping 200,000 psi. All kits
come complete with hardened parallel washers for even load
distribution and accurate torque readings.
This
listing is for an ARP Professional Series cylinder head bolt kit
for 2004-Up Chevrolet/GM Generation III and IV LS-series V-8 engines;
except LS9 supercharged engines. P/N 134-3610. The 2004 model year was
a "split" year for cylinder heads used on these engines. Before
ordering, be sure all of your inner head bolts are the same length. Bolt
specifications are as follows:

TECH NOTE: We recommend using head bolts for applications that have
a master cylinder or other items protruding inside the engine
compartment which may prohibit the removal of the cylinder heads
while the engine is in the vehicle.
ARP's
rugged, black-oxide coated chromoly intake manifold bolts are rated at
170,000 psi. They're precision-machined for optimum thread engagement
and have a wide-area flange for better load distribution. They also
feature precision-rolled threads, which prevent galling, while
promoting more consistent torque loading. These bolts are hex head with
washers included.
This
ARP intake bolt kit is for Chevrolet 265-400 cid small block V-8
engines requiring factory/OEM bolts (1.125" UHL.) P/N 134-2001.
