ORBIT RACE SERIES OIL PUMPS BY ACLThis listing is for an ACL/Orbit Race Series oil pump (P/N OPHD1194HP) for the following Acura and Honda models:
- 1994-2001 Acura Integra GSR / Type R B18C DOHC
- 1996-2001 Acura Integra B18B DOHC
- 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si B16A DOHC
- 1996-97 Honda Civic del Sol B16A DOHC
- 1997-2001 Honda CRV B20 DOHC
ACL/Orbit
performance oil pumps are designed with high output and volume
capabilities required for high RPM performance engines (see flow data
chart below).
- The
gerotors are precision machined from steel-copper alloy (FC0205), an
exceptionally durable metal that assures dependability and durability.
- Tight housing and gerotor tolerances provide optimum pressure and flow requirements.
- Housings are die cast DC-12 aluminum and are anodized to prevent corrosion.
- All pumps are individually inspected and tested.

- at 600 RPM: 6.83 liters/minute
- at 3000 RPM: 33.3 liters/minute
- at 5000 RPM: 39.9 liters/minute

passenger oil pumps are equivalent to OEM pumps in design, engineering,
materials, and function. ACL passenger car oil pump flow data is
equivalent to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
