This vintage is a blend of three different vineyards: 10% Regan Vineyard in Corralitos which contributes a bright cherry fruit, 78% Las Nietas Vineyard in the south Corralitos hills which brings an elegant mouthfeel and light tannins, and 12% Black Ridge near Los Gatos above Lexington Reservoir which contributes a black cherry fruit and comlex earthy component. It was aged in very tight grained Hungarian Oak for 18 months.
